Powerflex's technological capabilities are focussed on manufacturing Tube Cleaning Equipments chiefly for Sugar Refinery descaling operations. Our Products include

Brushes. We also manufacture
Tube Expanders for expanding Rotary tubes in Boilers, Evaporators, Vaccum Pans, Condensors, Coolers , Super Heaters and other tubular equipments.
Powerflex's
Heavy Duty Flexible Shafts (Drives) are being used for tube cleaning and descaling operations in over 300 Sugar Refineries in India and several countries overseas. In the manufacture of heavy duty flexible shafts, our raw materials for inner core conform to IS: 4454 Grade II and those for outer casing meet IS: 4600 norms. Such quality benchmarks have made Powerflex's tube cleaning Flexible Shafts acceptable to international users - we regularly export our Tube Cleaner Equipments to Sugar Refineries in over a dozen countries besides supplying to several reputed international re-sellers who source their requirements from us.
Powerflex is headed by Lancelot Pinto who has over 35 years hands-on experience in developing tube cleaning solutions for sugar industry in India. Stretching over three decades, he has personally visited almost every large and mid-sized sugar refinery in India. He has also been involved - right from project stage - in designing tube cleaning and descaling processes for some of the newest and most modern sugar factories now operating in India.
