Powerflex : Tube Cleaning Machines are of robust
construction, simple to operate by unskilled workmen and
are designed for trouble free service and minimal
maintenance. It is ideal for use in descaling tubes in
Sugar Refinery Equipments and Boilers.
Tube
Cleaning Machine consists of TOTALLY ENCLOSED FAN COOLED
AND CONTINUOUSLY RATED electric motor mounted on a heavy
duty 3-wheel trolley. Standard electric supply is
400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 HZ A.C.
The
Single-speed machine is fitted with 2900 rpm (or
optionally 1440 rpm). Motor capacity available in 2-HP,
3-HP, 5-HP and 7.5-HP.
Multi-speed machines are fitted with 5-HP, 2900
rpm motor. A 3-grooved pulley with
V-belt allows options of operating
speeds 1440rpm or 2900 rpm or 5800 rpm. Particularly
suitable for use in tube cleaning sites where scaling is
uneven.
